I do not know if you follow emrupdate, but that is a good place to get Alteer gossip.  Who knows where the truth lies.  I felt like I needed to make a decision because my data was is their control, and I recognized how vulnerable that left us.  We are live on eClinicalWorks.  It, of course, is extremely stressful learning a new system and accepting all the changes.  We do hope after the learning curve, we will be better off.  With all of these unexpected changes, so much for low overhead.  Hopefully, once my debt issue is under control so, too, will be my overhead.  Thanks for all your efforts.  Keep in touch, Abby
